I brought in a set of knives that have seen heavy use and poor treatment for over 7 years, and had never been sharpened. You couldn't have cut yourself with most of them if you tried, but he was able to return them to better than new condition at a very good price. I didn't even mind the drive over because I was able to just get a coffee nearby, and pick up my knives after an hour or two.
